Life Insurance
The Company pays all life insurance premiums.
Medical Insurance
The plan provides medical services through a Preferred Provider Network (PPO). Each employee can choose a base plan or a buy-up plan. Higher deductible and costs are incurred when using an out of network provider.
Voluntary Insurance Coverage
Several voluntary insurance choices are available including vision, cancer, supplemental life and supplemental disability.
Group Dental Insurance
Preventive care is paid at 100% every six months. Minor procedures are paid at 80% and major procedures at 50%.
Short Term (STD)/Long Term Disability (LTD) Income Protection
The STD plan is a company-sponsored plan that continues your salary for the first six months of disability (minus taxes) (a physician statement is required). After the initial six months, you become eligible for LTD (provided through insurance company).
Holiday Observances
The Company observes 10 paid holidays each year according to the approved company business calendar. Employees in other countries observe holidays that are standard in their country.
PTO Policy
The minimum PTO accrual is 15 days/year. PTO accrual increases after each year of service to a maximum of 25 days.
401(K) Plan
Employees may participate in the 401(k) plan. There are several investment funds from which you can choose and quarterly statements will keep you informed as to their performance.
Educational Assistance
The Company will reimburse a portion of pre-approved, job-related course work.
Employee Referral Program
An employee referral bonus is paid to current eligible employees who refer prospective new employees that result in a full-time hire.
