Education AA (or higher degree in Electronics)
Experience Knowledge of semiconductor electronics; 1-5 years of failure analysis and SEM experience required.
Description Candidate will be responsible for semiconductor device analysis support, test support, chemical and physical de-processing, SEM operation and maintenance, reporting results, experimentation with new de-processing techniques, reliability and qualify assurance support as needed.
