| Eric A. Balzer - Director and Chief Executive Officer |

| Eric Balzer became a director of Ramtron in 1998 and served on Ramtron's audit committee from 1999 to 2004. From 1990 until his retirement in 1999, Mr. Balzer served as senior vice president of operations for Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (AE). During his tenure at AE, the company demonstrated very high growth as it developed, manufactured and marketed power conversion devices for the semiconductor equipment industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Balzer was the materials and manufacturing manager for IBM’s Corporate Systems Technology Division in Colorado Springs, the VP of finance and administration for Lewis Energy, and an accounting manager and internal auditor for Shell Oil. Mr. Balzer holds a bachelors’ degree in Finance from the University of Colorado. He also graduated from the U. S. Navy Nuclear Power Program and Electronics School, and spent six years in the Navy where he was primarily responsible for running a nuclear reactor aboard a submarine. |

| Gery E. Richards - Interim Chief Financial Officer |

Gery Richards became Ramtron's controller in 2005 and is currently interim chief financial officer while the comapy conducts a search for a chief financial officer. Mr. Richards possesses deep knowledge of the company’s business and financial operations, including financial reporting and the treasury function. Mr. Richards received a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University. Mr. Richards is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

| Ying Shiau - Executive Vice President of Operations |

| Ying Shiau brings to Ramtron more than 25 years of semiconductor experience, which includes a history of optimizing all phases of semiconductor product quality and reliability as well as supplier collaborations and customer satisfaction. Most recently, Mr. Shiau was vice president of business and manufacturing development at KD Technologies, a global technology manufacturing and business development firm based in San Jose, California. Prior to that, he was vice president of test engineering and outsource operations for Spansion, Inc. Mr. Shiau has also held executive and management positions with responsibilities in operations, marketing, sales and quality and reliability with such companies as Electroglas, Therma-Wave, Cypress Semiconductor, and Advanced Micro Devices. He also supervised gate array cell design at LSI Logic and process integration and development at National Semiconductor. |

| Tom Davenport - Vice President of Quality and Technology |

| Tom Davenport has been engaged in technical and operational management positions at Ramtron for 25 years. In 1987, Mr Davenport pioneered the proprietary ferroelectric process which enabled sustainable F-RAM manufacturing. Prior to Ramtron, Tom spent seven years at the industry leading SRAM supplier Inmos, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In the 1970’s, Tom served as a metallurgist and mill superintendent for the gold mining industry in Colorado and Nevada. Tom’s holds a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Colorado with additional coursework in chemistry at Rutgers. |

| Douglas Moran - Vice President of Research and Development |

| Douglas Moran has nearly 30 years of experience in developing advanced semiconductor products targeted at a wide variety of applications. Prior to joining Ramtron in 2008 to initiate the company's wireless memory product development, Moran directed R&D at Conexant Systems broadband products division where he was focused on System on Chip products targeted at video processing and set-top box cable and satellite modems. While at Conexant, Moran led company-wide initiatives to improve their product realization processes. Prior experience includes Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation where Moran directed R&D for their mixed-signal products group, Brooktree Corporation where he established and managed R&D for their xDSL products targeted at consumer DSL modem applications, Microchip Technologies as a member of their first MCU development team, and TRW LSI Products focused on high performance DSP integrated circuits. Mr. Moran holds a BSEE degree from University of California at Los Angeles. |

| Pete Zimmer - Vice President Worldwide Sales |

| Pete Zimmer brings 29 years of semiconductor sales management, engineering, marketing and quality assurance experience to his position at Ramtron. Most recently, he was director of Worldwide Microcontroller Marketing & Vertical Markets at Texas Instruments where he was responsible for driving significant revenue growth for microcontrollers in 2010. Prior to his position at Texas Instruments, Pete was executive vice president of Worldwide Sales & Applications at Luminary Micro until Texas Instruments acquired Luminary Micro in 2009. Prior to Luminary Micro, he was vice president of Americas Sales at Microchip Technology, a leading provider of microcontroller and analog semiconductors. Between 1981 and 1997, he held various positions in the high-technology industry. He holds a B.A. from Oakland University and attended Michigan State University where he studied business and marketing. |

| Scott Emley - Vice President of Marketing |

Scott Emley brings 10 years of strategic marketing and product launch experience at world-class semiconductor organizations to Ramtron. Mr. Emley joins Ramtron from Texas Instruments (TI), where he was director of marketing for ARM® microprocessor, DSP, and Multi-core products. While at TI, he also served as product marketing manager for the audio and imaging products division. Prior to joining TI, Mr. Emley was the ARM Cortex™-M-based microcontrollers product marketing manager at Luminary Micro, which was acquired by Texas Instruments in 2009. Earlier in his career, Emley worked for Marvell Semiconductor and Intel Corporation as handheld products market development manager and worldwide channel marketing manager, as well as a product marketing engineer for Freescale Semiconductor’s 68K and ColdFire® microprocessor products. Mr. Emley received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business. |

| Lee Brown - Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relations |

| With more than 22 years of experience at Ramtron, Mr. Brown is responsible directing Ramtron's business development efforts as well as the company's public and investor relations programs. He is also responsible for managing Ramtron's product promotion activities from launching new technologies and products to developing advertising campaigns and implementing corporate communication strategies. Lee holds a degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado. |

| Michael Lipsey - Vice President of Supply Chain Management |

| Michael Lipsey brings 21 years of semiconductor manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain management experience to his position at Ramtron. Most recently, Mike was Vice President of Worldwide Planning and Logistics at AMD. While managing the supply chain at AMD, Mike was able to scale the manufacturing output enabling the company’s revenue growth from under $100M per year to over $2.0B per year. In 2002, Mike was part of the executive team that managed the successful spin-off of AMD’s flash memory group to the newly created Spansion Inc. Previous to his executive roles at AMD and Spansion, Mike was Director of Operations and Information Technology at Trident Microsystems Inc. Mike holds bachelors and masters degrees in High Technology Management from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. |

| Dr. William G. Howard has served as a director of Ramtron since July 1994. Since September 1990, Dr. Howard has been an independent engineering consultant to various entities, including SEMATECH, the Semiconductor Industry Association and Dow Corning. Dr. Howard is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and a fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers and of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Howard has served on many boards of directors of both public and private companies and is currently a director of Xilinx, Inc. (XLNX), a public company that manufactures integrated circuits and Sandia National Laboratories, a private company that is a multi-program engineering and science laboratory operated by Sandia Corporation, a Lockheed Martin Company. |

| Mr. Theodore J. Coburn - Director |

| Mr. Theodore J. Coburn joined Ramtron as a director in September 2005. From August 1991 to December of 2009, Mr. Coburn has served as president of the Coburn Capital Group, a boutique investment bank based in New York City. Since January 2010, Mr. Coburn has served as a partner of Coburn Greenberg Partners LLC, a strategic advisory and investment banking firm. He serves as trustee of the Allianz Global Investors Mutual Fund Complex. From January 2007 to November 2008, Mr. Coburn served as executive vice president of Nations Academy, a private education management company. From March 2006 to January 2007, Mr. Coburn was executive vice president of Edison Schools Inc., a private educational management company. Mr. Coburn received a B.S. degree in economics and finance from the University of Virginia; an M.B.A. degree from Columbia's Graduate School of Business; and a Masters of Divinity degree, a Master's degree in education, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Cognitive Development from Harvard University. |

| Dr. William L. George became a director of Ramtron in August 2005. From July 2007 until his retirement in September 2008, Dr. George served as executive vice president, manufacturing services, of ON Semiconductor, a supplier of performance power solutions. From August 1999 until June 2007, Dr. George served as executive vice president of operations for ON Semiconductor. Dr. George received a B.S. degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Purdue University. Dr. George is a director of Silicon Image, Inc. (SIMG), a public company that designs and develops mixed-signal integrated circuits, and is a director of Power Integrations, Inc. (POWI), a public company that is a supplier of high voltage analog circuits for power management in line driven applications. |

| Mr. Eric Kuo joined Ramtron as a director in March 2008. From April 2003 until his retirement in December 2007, he served as president and managing director of Fairchild Semiconductor (HK) Ltd., the Asia/Pacific arm of Fairchild Semiconductor (FCS), a public company that provides high performance semiconductors that optimize energy for various product applications. In that capacity, Mr. Kuo was responsible for defining and implementing the region's strategic business plan and execution for Fairchild Semiconductor's Asia Pacific investments, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. From January 2009 to December 2009, Mr. Kuo served as senior vice president of worldwide sales of Alpha and Omega Semiconductor, a private company engaged in power management semiconductor products. Mr. Kuo holds both a BSc in Management from National Chung Hsin University in Taiwan and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. |
